The BK Series from HFN Sensors is a compact, lightweight load shackle (instrumented shackle) engineered for tight-headroom lifts and heavy-duty applications from 5 t to 1,000 t. Designed for reliability on cranes and overhead hoists, it delivers precise, repeatable readings where safety and accuracy matter most.

Each load shackle ships with the renowned BD-2008 long-range 2.4 GHz indicator, a calibration certificate, user manual, and an ultra-rugged carrying case — everything you need to put trusted measurements to work fast.

  • Temperature range: Compensated use from –5 to +70 °C.

  • Breaking load: Robust design with >300% Fnom (>500% available).

  • Ingress protection: IP65 (options for IP57/IP68).

  • Included: BD-2008 2.4 GHz Wireless Indicator (wireless version).

  • Power: AA alkaline batteries (other battery types available for high-temperature or special requirements).
